Originally constructed in 1994, Baldwin Apartments is a garden-style senior apartment community. In-unit amenities include ranges, refrigerators, garbage disposals, carpeting and window blinds. Community amenities include a community room and laundry facilities.

Improvements that were completed during 2011 to the existing in-unit amenities comprise renovated kitchens with solid surface "Corian-style" countertops, involving replacement of refrigerators as needed, replacement of ranges as needed, provision of new microwaves, and plumbing fixtures. Other in-unit improvements included new HVAC systems, ceiling fans and toilets. New vinyl dual pane windows will be provided in each unit and flooring will be replaced as needed.

Improvements to the existing community will include upgraded lighting, replacement of roofing, installation of roof top solar panels and wifi throughout the complex. Outdoor grills and picnic benches will also be provisioned. The leasing office will renovated for improved aesthetics, functionality to allow the addition of a computer lab and accessibility.
